TERMS & CONDITIONS (SUMMARY)

Payment has been received in accordance with the payment structure stated in the reservation confirmation (50% deposit or full payment, as applicable). Any remaining balance must be paid at the sanctuary on the tour date.

Refunds:
•⁠ ⁠More than 10 days before tour: 100% refund
•⁠ ⁠10–5 days before tour: 50% refund
•⁠ ⁠Within 3 days: No refund
•⁠ ⁠Bookings made 1–2 days before tour: Non-refundable
For deposit bookings, refunds (if applicable) apply only to the amount paid.

Rescheduling: One (1) reschedule is permitted if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

No-show: Failure to arrive on the tour date or to notify the sanctuary in advance is non-refundable.

Attendance & Group Size: The booking is charged based on the number of guests confirmed at the time of reservation. If fewer guests attend than originally booked, the booking remains fully chargeable. Unused places are non-refundable, and any remaining balance must be paid in full at the sanctuary.

Payments at the sanctuary: Cash (THB) or credit/debit card accepted. A 3% card processing fee applies and is non-refundable. Bank and currency conversion fees are not refundable.

By completing the booking and making payment, the guest confirms acceptance of all tour details, pricing, and policies. In the event of a payment dispute, Maerim Elephant Sanctuary may submit booking records and policy documents as evidence.

Participation involves outdoor and nature-based activities. Guests voluntarily accept all associated risks.

All bookings are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
